•Build and maintain client relationships, communicating store goals and product knowledge effectively
•Assist in daily store operations to ensure smooth product flow, merchandising, and guest satisfaction

Key Requirements

•1+ years of client-facing, sales experience is preferred
•Excellent communication and customer service skills
•Ability to educate customers on product features, benefits, fabric and care
•Confidently engage with guests and maintain a friendly, easy-to-shop environment
•Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds, with flexible part-time availability (4-30 hours/week)
