Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the design and implementation of the Internal Developer Portal and Platform.
  • •Drive patterns and standards for Internal Developer Platform integration and automation.
  • •Create mechanisms to ensure alignment to standards and best practices in an automated fashion.
  • •Mentor and guide software engineers and lead the team to improve productivity, quality, and policy compliance.
  • •Engage with IT and Business partners, product owners and stakeholders to create meaningful roadmaps and prioritize work.

Key Requirements

  • •12+ years of lead software engineering experience
