Key Responsibilities

  • •Negotiate, draft, and close production, development, and co-production agreements for original TV series and non-fiction content produced in Poland and the broader region.
  • •Independently manage business & legal affairs matters for the designated slate as a day-to-day partner to the lead lawyer overseeing TV series and non-fiction.
  • •Support the film slate and licensing slate as business needs require, adjusting priorities and context quickly.
  • •Negotiate deals with producing partners, talent, agents, and other representatives locally and internationally.
  • •Advise internal stakeholders (creative, production, finance, policy) and oversee matters during active productions, including talent, vendor, and contributor agreements.
Travel: Low travel

Key Requirements

  • •Law degree and admission to practice in Poland or a relevant jurisdiction.
  • •5+ years of entertainment law experience covering the legal and business aspects of film/TV production and licensing.
  • •Experience structuring, negotiating, and drafting production, development, and talent agreements in the Polish or broader European market.
  • •Strong business acumen and a solution-oriented mindset for decisions with both legal and commercial impact.
  • •Fluency in English and Polish; familiarity with Polish media law required.
