Key Responsibilities

•Own AWS-sourced pipeline and drive EMEA AWS consumption growth, coordinating opportunities into Databricks and tracking the plan-of-record for growth and ARR.
•Convene and grow the cross-EMEA AWS SME community, expanding the scope and cadence of joint operating activities.
•Enable partners at scale through training, workshops, and enablement programs to feed future pipeline and enable the field.
•Contribute to joint product architecture and reference architectures (e.g., AWS Marketplace QuickLaunch, Bedrock automation, CloudFormation networking, data-exfiltration-protection patterns).
•Lead strategic-account unblock and multicloud arbitration, influencing architectural decisions across high-value accounts to win deployments.

•3+ years of technical pre-sales or sales-methodology experience within a consumption-based business model.
