Job Summary

Own system-level product definition for AI infrastructure solutions that combine AMD-based hardware and software into deployable offerings. Translate customer and segment needs into clear, testable requirements across platform hardware, firmware/drivers, software stack, and ecosystem dependencies. Independently lead complex cross-functional solution scopes across major segments, drive integration readiness, set performance/benchmarking expectations, and support launch readiness and post-launch feedback/triage.

Key Responsibilities

•Own system-level product definition for integrated hardware + software solutions.
•Author and maintain System Requirements Specifications (SRS) spanning hardware platform, firmware/driver, software stack, compatibility, manageability, and lifecycle expectations.
•Translate customer and segment needs into prioritized requirements and maintain a structured requirements backlog with decision rationale.
•Lead cross-functional dependency and integration planning, including identifying dependencies and surfacing integration risks with tradeoff discussions and decision logs.
•Support launch readiness and field enablement, providing product truth, contributing to launch materials, and running post-launch feedback and escalation triage.

Key Requirements

•Senior-level, cross-functional, large enterprise experience in product management, solutions product management, technical product management, systems engineering, or related roles.
•Experience in areas such as data center infrastructure, AI/ML platforms, HPC systems, enterprise solutions, and integrated hardware + software products.
•Strong working knowledge of platform/system architecture, firmware/driver and software stack dependencies, and benchmarking methodology with reproducibility.
•Demonstrated experience defining and launching system-level solutions requiring coordination across hardware, firmware, drivers, software frameworks, and partner ecosystems.
•Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related technical field strongly desired (MBA or master’s preferred).
