Key Responsibilities

  • •Maximize profit and growth of Premier client portfolios by developing new and existing relationships.
  • •Achieve financial targets through client engagement and service delivery, including cross-selling products.
  • •Conduct regular client reviews to understand needs and recommend suitable products and services.
  • •Ensure compliance with HSBC policies, including KYC, AML, and sanctions, and manage operational risk.
  • •Collaborate with internal stakeholders and support team members while attending mandatory training and reporting unusual activities.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent professional experience) and 3 to 5 years of relevant experience (GCB 6).
  • •Proven experience managing relationships with high-net-worth clients, including wealth reviews and needs-based selling.
  • •Demonstrated success with wealth products and strong wealth management technical skills.
  • •Valid licences/accreditations in wealth management as required by local regulations.
  • •Strong communication skills (English and local languages) with the ability to influence and engage clients.
