Job Summary

Partner with sophisticated developer and enterprise customers to ideate, prototype, and deploy frontier generative AI applications using OpenAI APIs. Define AI strategic roadmaps, design enterprise architectures, and guide customers from prototype to production to maximize time to value and business impact. Collaborate across Sales, Solutions Engineering, Applied Research, and Product, while validating and delivering high-signal feedback and scaling deployment best practices through internal and external resources.

Key Responsibilities

•Serve as a technical thought partner embedded with sophisticated platform customers to ideate and build novel applications on OpenAI APIs.
•Provide guidance to maximize business impact and accelerate time to value for customer AI applications.
•Experiment and prototype solutions with and for customers, moving from prototype through production with engineering and product teams.
•Design enterprise architecture for customer needs using OpenAI APIs and other services, ensuring successful deployment and scale.
•Share knowledge to scale the AI Deployment Engineering function by codifying best practices and publishing cookbooks; deliver high-signal feedback to Product, Engineering, and Research.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 197,000 - 278,000 annually
