Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

•Partner with Mastercard colleagues and Global Customer Banks teams to create programs that contribute competitive advantage and business growth for both Bank and Mastercard in the APMEA region, contributing to the revenue plan.
•Utilize industry and customer knowledge to seek out new business opportunities across product lines and segments including new payment opportunities.
•Work closely with other key relationship team members in APMEA to identify opportunities for Global Customers’ cards & payments businesses and drive portfolio performance at a Southeast Asia regional level.
•Design differentiated programs that leverage Mastercard assets to give Global Customers a competitive advantage and drive revenue growth for the accounts.
•Coordinate and drive delivery against all sales pipeline projects across regions within APMEA to ensure commitments are delivered on time and to standard.

Key Requirements

•Minimum Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree/MBA preferred
•At least 10 years of debit and/or credit products experience in financial institutions, processors or payments companies, with product management or development exposure
•Extensive business development as well as product/marketing experience within financial services and ability to influence across functions (marketing, operations, technology, risk)
•Excellent communication skills including ability to present to senior management and translate Mastercard's strategies and goals
•Fluent in English and Cantonese
