Job Summary

Lead construction quality and compliance for asset development projects by owning the Quality Management System (QMS) and driving continuous improvement. Monitor supervision consultants and contractors to ensure inspections, contract compliance, and adherence to Egyptian codes, health & safety, and environmental regulations. Manage the full QA/QC documentation lifecycle, including IRs, MIRs, RFIs, testing reports, NCRs, and corrective/preventive actions, and support snagging to ensure smooth project handover and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

•Develop, implement, and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS) across assigned projects and ensure successful rollout.
•Monitor and evaluate supervision consultants and hire/strengthen the supervision team to improve inspection quality and documentation of submittals.
•Ensure compliance from contractors with approved drawings, technical specifications, method statements, Egyptian codes, and contractual requirements.
•Manage the QA/QC documentation cycle, including recording, tracking, filing, and retrieval of quality records and reviewing IRs, MIRs, method statements, submittals, RFIs, mock-ups, and testing reports.
•Oversee non-conformance and corrective/preventive action closure, and participate in milestone inspections and handover activities to support snag closure and compliance.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or architectural engineering.
•Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in Quality Assurance and Quality Control within the construction or real estate development industry.
•Proven experience delivering large-scale residential, commercial, mixed-use, and infrastructure developments in Egypt.
•Extensive knowledge of Egyptian Building Codes, construction specifications, and international quality standards.
•Proficiency in quality management systems and document control processes.
