Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as a strategic talent partner for leaders across Spain & Türkiye, translating business goals into people strategies and priorities.
  • •Provide day-to-day HR partnership for Marketing, Global Comms, Global Affairs, Legal, and Products & Technology (excluding Ads), partnering with Regional Functional HRBPs on talent initiatives.
  • •Coach people managers on talent density and the keeper's test to build and lead high-performing teams while maintaining team health.
  • •Lead employee relations matters for owned populations, including performance management, terminations, and leaves of absence, in partnership with Employment Legal and Employee Services.
  • •Partner with GBP teams to bring global programs to life locally, analyzing attrition, promotions, and sentiment to recommend solutions while supporting org design and change initiatives.

Key Requirements

  • •6+ years of progressive HR Business Partner or HR generalist experience in a dynamic, matrixed, global organization.
  • •Strong problem-solving, judgment, critical thinking, and analytical capabilities, including data-driven decision-making.
  • •Ability to connect people decisions to business outcomes and understand how client groups drive impact.
  • •Effective written and verbal communication skills to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • •Proficiency in inclusion and diversity practices and partnering across cultures.
