Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead plant layout and production line design, including workflow, material flow, workstation design, and space utilization.
  • •Develop and maintain capacity models (manpower, equipment, cycle time) to support NPI and production ramp-up, driving line balancing and cycle time optimization.
  • •Apply IE methodologies (Time Study, MOST, LBR) and drive Lean initiatives to eliminate the 8 wastes across production processes.
  • •Coordinate evaluation and implementation of automation solutions / I4.0 and establish IE data systems for capacity forecasting, scenario analysis, and KPI monitoring (e.g., OEE, cost out).
  • •Lead execution of new factory and production line setup projects and RIE initiatives (VSM, 5S + Safety prioritization) across pre-study, assessment, introduction, and execution; collaborate cross-functionally to achieve operational targets.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or above in Industrial Engineering or Mechanical Engineering (preferred).
  • •8 years of experience in the power/electrical industry or tier 2 automotive electronics industry.
  • •Hands-on shopfloor IE skills including LBR analysis, time study, and MOST.
  • •Experience identifying the 8 wastes and driving continuous improvement using IE tools.
  • •Lean Six Sigma certification (Green Belt or Black Belt) and strong communication in English.
