Key Responsibilities

  • •Design and ship product capabilities end to end, from ambiguous needs to production deployment.
  • •Build on the inference/serving stack, including routing, model controls, and observability.
  • •Ship tooling for LLM fine-tuning and post-training, including data pipelines, evaluation, and collaboration with applied ML engineers.
  • •Translate EMEA-specific requirements into regional product capabilities while coordinating with the core platform.
  • •Set the engineering bar for the regional team; treat code quality as the reference standard.

Key Requirements

  • •Strong first-principles and critical thinking to solve novel problems without reference implementations.
  • •Excellent backend systems/software engineering with a track record shipping production systems you owned.
  • •Strong coding skills in Python and at least one systems language.
  • •Ability to use AI-assisted and agentic engineering (coding agents/AI tooling) effectively, with good judgment about trustworthiness.
