Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage planning, organization, and execution of capital projects
  • •Lead the coordination of all assigned construction project logistical tasks and timelines

  • •Make site visits to survey progress and monitor quality control and contract compliance
  • •Develop construction budgets and RFPs, negotiate terms with professionals and contractors
