Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the Business Unit demand planning cycle: develop and maintain forecast models, manage risks/opportunities, and communicate the consensus demand plan after sign-off.
  • •Drive Demand Reviews with Sales leadership and ensure the consensus plan is used as the base by sites for production and procurement planning.
  • •Standardize demand planning methods across Business Units, coach stakeholders on forecast ownership and consensus processes, and support rollout of tools/standards.
  • •Steward demand-side master data quality and completeness, define central data requirements, and partner with Planning Data Coordinator, BI, and IT to close data gaps.
  • •Translate short-term execution signals (order intake, consumption, customer signals) into near-term demand actions and insights that inform the longer-term plan.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or similar.
  • •5–8+ years of supply chain experience, preferably in an international B2B or FMCG matrix environment.
  • •Experience with forecasting and S&OP, leveraging analytics, marketing, and sales data.
  • •Ability to partner with and coach commercial/sales organizations and present to Director/VP level.
  • •Advanced Excel skills and strong statistical forecasting/analytics capability (Power BI mentioned); SAP IBP experience preferred.
