Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee and coordinate all construction activities to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to required quality standards.
  • •Manage cost controls including collecting, analyzing, and advising on cost efficiency and capability; maintain line-item costs and cost planning.
  • •Manage value engineering activities by tracking changes and reconciling variations, and support cash/inventory flow through service and goods quality/value.
  • •Ensure compliance with safety policies and procedures, support HSE initiatives, and participate in incident reporting and resolution aligned with company policies.
  • •Involve in tendering, risk/hazard elimination to reduce claims/disputes, and support HR processes including mobilization and demobilization.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 8 years working experience with 5 years relevant construction experience.
  • •Extensive knowledge of civil construction practices, processes, and protocols.
  • •Thorough understanding of Quality, OH&S, and Environmental Management Systems.
  • •Strong knowledge of financial/cost accounting, contracts administration, and risk management.
  • •ERP knowledge, preferably SAP functional skills.
