Key Responsibilities

  • •Maintain visibility of threat/opportunity trigger points and manage risk cost profiling, risk budget drawdown, and retirement of threats/opportunities.
  • •Conduct quantitative risk assessment (cost and schedule) and determine project contingency levels; assess remaining risk budget and overall risk exposure.
  • •Create and deliver risk management plans, run risk reviews, and produce timely risk reports to communicate threat and opportunity status.
  • •Lead and run schedule and cost-effective risk assessment (QCRA & QSRA) and integrate risk management with program/project controls, cost and schedule management, change control, and reporting.
  • •Support construction stage contract and claims management, including assessment of contractual claims, disputes resolution advice, delay recovery measures, change management, cost control, and final accounts settlement.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 160,000 - 170,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in construction management, cost management, quantity surveying, engineering, or a field related to construction.
  • •Minimum 3 years of applicable experience.
  • •Relevant construction project procurement and contract management experience.
  • •Demonstrated experience in a Program Management or Program Controls environment.
  • •Deep knowledge of risk identification, facilitation techniques, and risk assessment; strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
