Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive manufacturing ramp and qualifications of new toolsets across 300mm Plasma, Metrology, and RTP processes to meet fab program objectives and timelines.
  • •Collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams (quality, process integration, equipment engineering) and external vendors to qualify toolsets and ensure process stability.
  • •Execute equipment/process startup strategy using process experiments (SWRs), ECN documentation, and CCB approvals.
  • •Document and fanout best-known methods and systematic findings to improve ramp efficiency and reduce repeat bottlenecks.
  • •Perform lot and equipment dispositions to support continuous flow and minimize cycle time in high-volume production.

Key Requirements

  • •2 years of experience in the semiconductor industry as a process engineer.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Electrical Engineering, Materials Science Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Physics, or a related field.
  • •Strong foundation in statistical process control, engineering change control, and process release strategies.
  • •Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • •Strong verbal and written communication skills.
