Key Responsibilities

  • •Assess and support severity assignment for reported vulnerabilities using CVSS and maintain working knowledge of relevant security frameworks and regulations.
  • •Triage and coordinate bug bounty findings through remediation ownership, timelines, retesting, and tracking to completion.
  • •Communicate vulnerability findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders and develop mitigation strategies including plans and timelines.
  • •Coordinate remediation work with whitehat researchers and analyze findings to identify vulnerability scanner failures and visibility gaps.
  • •Mature the program by onboarding new assets, identify missing security controls, and collaborate with Risk Management plus Legal and Privacy offices when sensitive data is at risk.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Info Security, or related field, or relevant work experience.
  • •Typically minimum 2 years of relevant experience with vulnerability management or bug bounty program handling.
  • •Knowledge of network operations/engineering or system administration on Unix, Linux, MAC, or Windows, and security operations.
  • •Experience with bug bounty / vulnerability disclosure workflows, including remediation coordination and retesting.
  • •Experience working with ticketing systems such as ServiceNow and/or Jira.
