Support students with personal, family, educational, mental health, and career needs through guidance and therapeutic counselling. Monitor student progress, work with parents, and help prevent bullying. Deliver career counselling (including assessments and university application guidance) and provide culturally sensitive mental health interventions, referrals, and wellbeing initiatives in coordination with the pastoral team and safeguarding leads.
