Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the technical direction of Device Infrastructure Services, including tooling, standards, and compliance for ~2,000 endpoints.
  • •Lead the DevOps operating model for the fleet using config-as-code, version control, code review, and CI/CD to eliminate manual console changes.
  • •Lead adoption of responsible agentic AI for device operations, defining guardrails for autonomous actions vs human checkpoints.
  • •Serve as the final escalation point for high-severity endpoint incidents with deep machine-level diagnosis on macOS and Windows.
  • •Assess and pilot new tooling (e.g., MDM migrations, patch management systems), drive build-vs-buy decisions, and advise product initiatives from a deployment perspective.

Key Requirements

  • •7+ years of IT and enterprise endpoint management experience, including 2+ years at a senior or staff IC level.
  • •Track record building and managing endpoints using GitOps practices, with strong OS-level expertise and fleet-level pattern recognition.
  • •Practical experience applying AI tools to accelerate IT operations with sound judgment on where AI introduces risk.
  • •Proven ability to define and drive technical roadmaps and balance long-term vision with near-term execution.
  • •Strong scripting and IaC skills (Bash, Python, and Terraform at minimum) and deep knowledge of endpoint security fundamentals (encryption, patching, EDR, least privilege, SOC 2/ISO 27001 or similar).
