Job Summary

Drive pull-through sales of Edge trim, siding, pattern, and prefinished building products across the dealer, builder, and specifier network. Partner with distributor sales teams and lumberyards to grow market share and profitability, provide product education and technical support, and help customers understand applications and value. Identify new opportunities, support promotions and product launches, track market activity and competitive information, and report to the Regional Sales Manager - East with regular territory travel.

Location: Wisconsin, Illinois, Michigan, Missouri, Ohio, Indiana, Hamilton, Chicago

Key Responsibilities

•Increase sales volume, market share, and profitability within the assigned territory.
•Partner with current and prospective distributors to grow Edge product sales and strengthen market presence.
•Build relationships with lumberyards, dealers, builders, contractors, and design/specification influencers to drive pull-through sales.
•Provide product education and technical support, serving as a product expert on Edge materials, applications, and installation considerations.
•Support planned sales and marketing strategies, promotions, product launches, and lead-generation efforts, including tracking market activity and opportunities.

Travel: Medium travel

Salary: USD 75,000 - 100,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and other business software.
•Ability to apply business math and lumber math.
