Oversee defect review, approve repair/reject decisions with the Inspection Center General Manager, coach performance and development, and train the team using quality control standards to minimize rework and delays.

•Review and approve identified mechanical and physical defects of incoming inventory.
•Lead production associates in training and repairs using quality control standards to complete repairs effectively the first time.
