Job Summary

Support Philips’ MRI business across Europe as a clinical application specialist. Partner with clinical teams and the sales organization to drive solution adoption, deliver training and customer education, and provide clinical and technical guidance for implementations, upgrades, and optimization projects. Adapt applications to customer workflows, analyze clinical workflows for improvement opportunities, manage KOL relationships and reference sites, and ensure regulatory and quality compliance while sharing best practices across the CAS community.

•Develop training modules and educational materials to improve clinical proficiency, onboarding, and continuous development.
•Deliver training sessions and technical support to clinical end-users, promoting effective use of Philips products and services.
•Document and report application implementations to ensure accuracy and support project management and regulatory compliance.
•Adapt clinical applications to customer-specific workflows and operational requirements, while improving efficiency, productivity, and clinical outcomes.
•Provide expert clinical and technical guidance during implementations, upgrades, and optimization projects; manage KOL and reference site relationships and ensure compliance with quality and regulatory standards.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: EUR 49,855 - 83,090

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Medical Imaging, Radiography, Biomedical Engineering, Healthcare Sciences, Business Administration, or a related field.
•Minimum 5 years of relevant experience with a Bachelor’s degree, or minimum 3 years with a Master’s degree, in Clinical Applications, MRI, Clinical Sales, Sales Support, Business Development, or related healthcare technology.
•Strong MRI clinical knowledge and understanding of diagnostic imaging workflows.
•Experience delivering clinical training, customer education, or application support.
•Fluency in English, with willingness to travel across Europe.
