Teller-Floater (Burtonsville)

Provide best-in-class customer service by processing basic customer and cash transactions, balancing cash each day, and supporting branch sales goals through customer engagement. Serve existing and potential customers, identify referral opportunities, and maintain knowledge of bank products and services, adapting to changing digital channels. Follow BSA/AML and other bank compliance requirements, identify risk, and escalate concerns appropriately. This role reports to the branch leader and may float across assigned areas.
