Key Responsibilities

  • •Monitor the deduction-to-recovery pipeline across accounts and deduction types, tracking recovery rate, dispute win rate, time to resolution, and revenue at risk.
  • •Analyze recovery and deduction data to find underperformance patterns and build dashboards, reporting, and quantified customer-ready narratives.
  • •Identify production gaps in agent classification, documentation matching, and dispute queueing, and translate them into prioritized product requirements.
  • •Standardize and document recovery workflows, exception handling, and quality checks; spot manual steps that should be automated next.
  • •Partner with enterprise customer and internal teams to explain recovery performance, answer why questions, and align operational insights with product planning.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 115,000 - 150,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •4+ years in product operations, revenue operations, strategy/consulting, analytics, program management, or a comparable data-heavy operational role.
  • •Strong data skills, including pulling, cleaning, and analyzing data yourself (SQL and/or advanced spreadsheets required; BI tools a plus).
  • •A track record of finding the “why” behind numbers and turning insights into action.
  • •Excellent written and verbal communication to explain a complex recovery story to customers and engineering teams.
