Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and develop the branch team, including coaching, performance management, recruiting, onboarding, and training.
  • •Ensure branch operations compliance with regulatory, security, and internal control procedures, including timely completion of operational tasks.
  • •Drive small business client acquisition and growth through retention, expansion, outside calling, and use of centers of influence and community networks.
  • •Manage staffing, scheduling, and coverage across branches as needed, including work on Saturdays as directed.
  • •Oversee branch day-to-day activities such as transactions, maintaining security measures, keeping accurate records, and managing client and teammate issues.

Salary: USD 69,000 - 105,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience (required).
  • •3+ years of sales experience with demonstrated ability to lead and coach a successful sales team (required).
  • •3+ years of demonstrated small business deposit/credit experience and familiarity with small business operations (required).
  • •General understanding of financial statements and consumer credit concepts (including loan to value, debt to income, and credit reports) (required).
  • •Demonstrated ability to leverage Centers of Influence (COIs) and communicate effectively, including strong public speaking skills (required).
