Key Requirements

  • •2+ years of training/trainer experience in a warehouse or distribution environment (preferred).
  • •Experience operating and training on Powered Industrial Equipment (e.g., forklifts and pallet jacks) and implementing general safety programs.
  • •Experience working with Ferguson or similar supply chain operations.
  • •Ability to work a flexible schedule to accommodate training across multiple shifts.
  • •Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and the Enterprise Learning Management system (ELM).
