Distribution Center Trainer

Coordinate onboarding and cross-training for new hires and existing associates at the Front Royal distribution center. Lead initial orientation and on-the-job training programs, including warehouse safety instruction and job-specific training for operations and WMS processes. Audit work and training adherence to standards and SOPs, track training status, and partner with Operations leadership to improve training processes. Lead Powered Industrial Truck (PIT) training and provide recurrent certification and safety refreshers.
