Job Summary

Design, develop, and support a portfolio of enterprise applications for MRP/ERP and manufacturing operations within the Aerospace Composite Center domain. Own end-to-end delivery of complex software solutions across requirements, architecture, coding, integration, testing, implementation, documentation, and production support. Lead highly complex coding efforts, integration work (including APIs and file-based integrations), and root-cause analysis, while mentoring engineers and improving application reliability and security.

•Analyze end-user processes to define application requirements and translate business needs into scalable technical solutions.
•Define application and architecture specifications, including security requirements and operational support needs.
•Integrate application software with database and delivery subsystems; write, compile, review complex code and enforce coding/documentation/quality standards.
•Provide escalation support by leading root-cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions; lead and coordinate teams and mentor engineers; develop training materials and user enablement.

•Experience developing and supporting MRP/ERP systems and 5+ years leading teams responsible for development and sustainment of a diverse suite of applications.
