•Develop and execute channel growth strategies to support business expansion and revenue targets.
•Conduct customer, workforce, and branch resource analysis to identify growth opportunities and capacity gaps.
•Design and maintain business planning models covering headcount, productivity, customer acquisition, and channel performance.
•Provide strategic recommendations on branch network optimization, workforce deployment, and sales capacity planning.
•Monitor business performance and drive actions to improve customer acquisition, customer coverage, and productivity.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree or above in Business, Finance, Economics, Statistics, or related disciplines.
•5-8 years of experience in business planning, strategy, analytics, or financial services (candidates with strong potential may be considered).
•Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into business actions.
•Experience in workforce planning, sales management, channel management, or distribution strategy is preferred.
•Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; experience with data visualization tools is an advantage.
