Key Responsibilities

  • •Administer payments, monitor corporate credit cards, manage accounts receivable, process deductions, and assess customer credit limits.
  • •Support month-end activities including journal entries, account reconciliations, balance sheet reviews, income statement analysis, and financial reporting.
  • •Manage the full accounting cycle for a multi-currency portfolio.
  • •Perform variance analyses and provide recommendations to management.
  • •Ensure tax compliance, including government remittances and installment payments, and collaborate on improving processes and internal controls.

Key Requirements

  • •CPA designation required, with a degree or diploma in Accounting.

  • •Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
  • •Experience with Infor M3 Cloud (or a comparable ERP system) is a significant asset.
