Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform routine maintenance and general mechanic repair work on vehicles.
  • •Identify and diagnose problems using diagnostic equipment and special service tools.
  • •Conduct repairs that may include basic diagnosis, unit repair, AC parts replacement, and mechanical repairs.
  • •Support the Technical Advisor with capturing data and creating Repair Support Requests and Branch Field Technical Reports for aftersales escalations.
  • •Work in a busy workshop environment and adhere to the Fix it Right process to eliminate repeat repairs.

Key Requirements

  • •2 to 3 years’ experience as a Diagnostic Technician from a large automotive dealership performing diagnosis and general mechanic repairs.
  • •Ability to use diagnostic equipment and special service tools to inspect engine, transmission, brakes, suspension, A/C electrical, and hybrid systems.
  • •Ability to perform basic diagnosis, unit repair, AC parts replacement, and mechanical repairs.
  • •Conversant in English.
  • •Diploma/Technical certification such as ITI (Industrial Training Institute NCVT Certificate) or ITC, and ability to read, interpret, and transcribe data for accurate job order records.
