  • •Build and run the global privacy program across applicable frameworks, including disclosures, consent, records of processing, and data subject requests.
  • •Own data processing agreements, cross-border transfer/localization compliance, and the breach response playbook.
  • •Handle privacy and compliance for biometric and health data, including privacy reviews for new features, integrations, and AI models.
  • •Own FTC and consumer protection compliance, including health and wellness claims, advertising review, and subscription/auto-renewal compliance.
  • •Support beyond privacy and regulatory needs, including commercial contracts, litigation support, product counseling, and embedded legal work with product and engineering.
