Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead or manage the production of accurate and comprehensive estimates and cost plans for projects/programmes.
  • •Promote estimating good practice within Turner & Townsend and contribute to departmental objectives.
  • •Interface with clients and other consultants at all project stages; develop new business opportunities with existing and new clients.
  • •Provide direction to staff and act as a role model for less experienced staff; oversee staff development where appropriate.
  • •Identify cross-selling opportunities and support bids for new work.

Key Requirements

  • •Proven Estimating Management experience.
  • •Qualified to high standard in Estimating or Quantity Surveying with proven relevant experience.
  • •Previous experience of working with estimating software packages.
  • •Experience of working on Major Programmes and Projects.
  • •Experience of working in the Infrastructure (Rail, air, power, highways) sector.
