Job Summary

Own commercial legal work in a fast-moving SaaS business by leading contract negotiation, review, and execution across customer agreements, NDAs, partnership agreements, and more. Manage contract workflows with Sales and Product, coordinate legal entity requirements across jurisdictions, and handle day-to-day legal requests. Partner with internal teams and external counsel/notaries, support due diligence, and improve legal processes, templates, and standards.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead commercial contract negotiation, review, and execution for customer agreements, NDAs, partnership agreements, and related commercial arrangements.
•Manage contract workflows and support Sales and Product to close deals efficiently while protecting Lucanet’s commercial and legal interests.
•Coordinate legal entity requirements, including regulatory filings, governance documentation, and register-related updates across jurisdictions.
•Provide day-to-day legal support via internal request flows and legal ticket handling.
•Work with external counsel and notaries, support due diligence/transaction activities, and contribute to continuous improvement of legal workflows and templates.

Key Requirements

•Several years of professional experience in Legal, focused on commercial contract negotiation, drafting, and review.
•Proven experience managing commercial contracts in a SaaS/technology or fast-paced commercial environment.
•Deep knowledge of commercial legal principles and contract law, especially customer agreements, NDAs, MFAs, and partnership contracts.
•Fluency in German and English (written and spoken) to negotiate and draft confidently in both languages.
•Strong understanding of German corporate law and experience working in an international, multi-entity environment across jurisdictions.
