Key Responsibilities

  • •Maintain a professional work area and ensure tools, valves, tubes, and manifolds for advanced subassemblies are properly maintained.
  • •Stage, build, test, install, and proof advanced subassemblies for Starship/Super-Heavy.
  • •Verify fluids and electrical connections using diagrams and perform pressurized checkout testing using required equipment and procedures.
  • •Accept or reject test units using defined acceptance criteria and document non-conformances while partnering with engineering to resolve issues.
  • •Set up and operate CNC rotary draw bending machines and CNC tube cutting equipment to meet tight tolerances.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or equivalency certificate.
  • •1+ years of experience in a manufacturing, automotive, or aerospace environment.
  • •Knowledge of fluid systems, pressure/temperature/flow measurement devices, and mechanical and electrical systems.
  • •Ability to work independently or as part of a team, meet aggressive schedules, and operate equipment safely and efficiently.
  • •Ability to work with procedures, specifications, and test instructions while documenting results and working with engineering to resolve non-conformances.
