Key Responsibilities

  • •Pick up scrap/trash and discard it into the properly color-coded barrels or scrap modules.
  • •Ensure reusable product from the line is placed in the white barrels for regrind reprocessing.
  • •Keep scrap barrels clean, discard damaged barrels, and maintain a neat and clean department.
  • •Push scrap modules back to shipping once full, weigh the scrap, dump it properly, and record weights/logs.
  • •Comply with all safety, food safety, GMP, and SQF requirements and perform any other assigned work.
