Job Summary

Deliver shipments efficiently from the delivery center using operational checklists, proper delivery procedures, and accurate shipment/address handling. Complete deliveries and returns on time, update the operations system, and meet delivery/receiving targets. Maintain safety and security standards, follow vehicle procedures, perform routine vehicle maintenance tasks, and stay available for emergency work while providing high-quality customer service.

Key Responsibilities

•Follow departmental policies, standard operating procedures, and labor regulations (attendance/absence/career commitment).
•Before leaving the delivery center, complete the ready-to-deliver checklist and perform deliveries according to operational standards.
•Follow delivery procedures for ready shipments, including checking addresses, sorting, contacting customers to match data, and determining delivery date/location.
•Return to the delivery center by the accepted time; update the operation system and hand over bills to in-charge staff; meet shipment delivery/receiving targets.
•Maintain safety and security standards and follow procedures for the delivery vehicle, including routine maintenance and route/time schedule adherence.

Key Requirements

•High school degree or equivalent.
•2-5 years of experience in a Delivery Center.
•Knowledge in IT skills.
•Knowledge in Microsoft Office programs.
•Valid Driver’s License, Evidence of Insurability, and Forklift certificate.
