Job Summary

Support schedule analysis for complex construction and program efforts, including identifying schedule variances, producing scheduling reports, and assisting with master schedule updates and schedule baseline maintenance. Help build and maintain WBS and schedule logic using CPM concepts, prepare what-if scenarios, and support QA/QC of schedule updates from project teams. Contribute to monthly reporting and planning/scheduling meetings for the B&P Tunnel Replacement (BPTR) Program and related AECOM opportunities.

•Analyze schedules and identify/investigate project schedule variances.
•Collect, update, and produce scheduling reports; support monthly report preparation.
•Assist in developing and maintaining WBS and supporting basic schedule development using applicable coding.
•Gather data for master schedule updating, progress measurement, and schedule/network updating; support schedule baseline development and maintenance.
•Develop and maintain program schedules with relationships, logic, milestones, and constraints; create conceptual what-if schedules and perform QA/QC on schedule updates.

•Bachelor’s degree plus 8 years of related experience (or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education).
•Hands-on experience with detailed scheduling, including schedule variances analysis.
•Experience supporting basic schedule development, WBS maintenance, and master schedule updating with schedule and network updates.
•Understanding of CPM scheduling concepts and principles, including developing engineering, procurement, and construction logic.
•Experience with construction schedule planning and schedule evolution from estimating through design, construction, and closeout including changes.
