  • •Implement processes and optimize strategies for attracting and retaining Glovers.
  • •Provide quick problem solving and ongoing support to Glovers.
  • •Maintain documentation and contracts for Glovers and manage procurement of work kits.
  • •Plan, administer KPI analysis and coordinate with the local operations manager for improved operations.
