Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field plus 9+ years of leadership experience in tool install management, design management, engineering management, construction management, or module management, with direct experience supporting semiconductor factory tool installation ramps.
  • •12+ years of demonstrated strategic leadership or program management experience in large-scale construction, semiconductor tool installation, or qualification programs in lieu of a degree.
  • •Experience managing large-scale operations, programs, and capital projects, including driving project scope, schedule, budget, quality, and operational performance.
  • •Strong executive communication, stakeholder management, and ability to influence and lead across highly matrixed organizations.
  • •Proven problem-solving ability using structured methodologies and constraint management principles, with flexibility to travel or relocate as needed.
