Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the IBP and S&OE processes to ensure alignment between demand, supply, inventory, and financial objectives across the Americas business.
  • •Own hindsight analysis, sell-out reporting, and marketplace performance analytics to inform trading decisions and executive planning.
  • •Coordinate monthly, quarterly, and annual forecasting activities, aligning commercial plans, inventory strategies, and financial targets.
  • •Manage gross-to-net forecasting and reporting, providing visibility into promotional impacts, revenue drivers, and business risks/opportunities.
  • •Provide leadership, coaching, and development for team members while partnering with Customer Service, Supply Chain, and commercial teams to support effective execution.
