Key Responsibilities

  • •Improve blood draw operations by expanding appointment availability, improving completion/reliability, reducing errors, and addressing underlying causes.
  • •Strengthen diagnostic and vendor operations by improving specialty diagnostic member experiences, evaluating partners, setting standards, and managing performance and costs.
  • •Build workforce capacity and efficiency through demand forecasting, staffing models, and systems that use AI/automation to improve productivity while maintaining quality.
  • •Scale B2B operations with repeatable processes for employer onboarding, employee activation, and ongoing service delivery by clarifying responsibilities and handoffs.
  • •Launch new operational capabilities by setting up new services and delivery models, including pilot definition, vendor/staffing setup, workflow building, and post-launch performance ownership.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of relevant experience across operations, strategy and operations, consulting, or building a company, including at least two years in an operating role.
  • •Experience building or improving a business operation (e.g., service delivery process, vendor network, or workforce model) with clear outcomes.
  • •Ability to connect operational decisions to P&L impact, including revenue, gross margin, cost-to-serve, and profit.
  • •Strong analytical skills with comfort working directly with data to forecast demand, model capacity and costs, and prioritize investments.
  • •Ability to investigate unfamiliar processes, find root causes, and carry solutions through implementation and measurement.
