Key Responsibilities

  • •Participate in the scholarship programme starting in September 2026 and complete all programme requirements.
  • •Gain academic sponsorship, professional development, and hands-on business experience throughout your university journey.
  • •Support work exposure across Procurement & Logistics, Facilities, and Corporate & Customer Experience Planning teams.
  • •Complete the selection process stages (application review, digital interview via HireVue, psychometric assessment, and final interview if shortlisted).
  • •Transition into a permanent Emirates Group role after successful completion of the programme.

Salary: AED 8,665 monthly

Key Requirements

  • •Be a UAE National.
  • •Be between 17 and 22 years of age.
  • •Be currently enrolled at the American University of Sharjah (AUS), or hold a confirmed admission offer for an approved degree programme.
  • •Meet English test requirements (IELTS Academic 6.5+, or TOEFL iBT 80+ / TOEFL ITP 550+).
  • •Achieve a Grade 12 average of 90% or a cumulative GPA of 3.0+, and complete National Service or have an official exemption (where applicable).
