Key Responsibilities

  • •Achieve individual performance goals for assigned accounts’ collection efforts (calls, contact rates, and promises).
  • •Provide client cure plans and negotiate payment arrangements to resolve delinquency in line with policies and training.
  • •Disclose relevant account information accurately and professionally, maintaining transparency and integrity.
  • •Manage client communications, including following compliance/quality expectations and handling special cases.
  • •Document collection activities in the system of record, execute call scripts, process payments/transactions, and complete required CBT training.

Key Requirements
