Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and develop a team of Program Managers by setting expectations, coaching performance, and enabling independent execution of complex programs.
  • •Direct select strategic, high-impact Data programs by defining outcomes, plans, governance, and execution mechanisms from strategy through delivery.
  • •Provide leadership across the Data portfolio by connecting priorities, dependencies, risks, and resources and driving alignment across teams.
  • •Partner with senior Data and cross-functional leaders to frame complex problems, evaluate trade-offs, and support timely decisions.
  • •Improve operating practices by establishing scalable PMO processes that increase predictability, transparency, accountability, and efficiency.

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years of program/project management or related technology leadership experience, including demonstrated people-management experience.
  • •Proven success leading Program Managers while also personally leading complex, high-visibility programs.

  • •Strong people leadership skills to coach, develop, empower, and manage experienced PMs.
