Key Responsibilities

  • •Support month-end close activities including cost validation, accrual analysis, and variance review.
  • •Perform cost reclassifications to ensure expenses are charged to the correct contract, work package, and cost element.
  • •Review and correct timecard allocations in collaboration with program managers and employees.
  • •Conduct basic data analysis and reconciliation across financial systems to identify and resolve discrepancies.
  • •Assist with contract budget baseline maintenance and support billing, revenue recognition, and unbilled accounts receivable through cost-to-invoice reconciliation.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
  • •0–2 years of experience in finance, accounting, or a related analytical role (internships and co-ops count).
  • •Strong Excel modeling skills and comfort working with large datasets.
  • •Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
  • •Must be a U.S. citizen and be eligible to apply for and maintain a U.S. security clearance.
