Key Responsibilities

•Lead strategic, cross-organizational dialogues with senior client executives and drive accountability for initiative impact across the account P&L.
•Develop structured yet creative, execution-ready proposals for new business domains and manage stakeholder alignment and risks.
•Design and drive priority strategic initiatives, including organizational transformation and talent development, ensuring initiative quality and outcomes.
•Build external networks and translate emerging technologies (e.g., AI, stablecoins) into opportunities; lead pilot testing and secure internal buy-in.
•Conduct fact-based analyses and synthesize insights into executive-level recommendations while coaching team members to elevate deliverables and performance.

Key Requirements

•Fluent Japanese and business-level proficiency in English.
•12+ years of experience in strategy consulting, corporate planning, or business planning.
•Proven track record managing complex, cross-functional, and cross-regional initiatives.
•Demonstrated leadership capabilities to inspire and develop team members.
•Superior analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving skills with strong commercial acumen (business cases/ROI).
