Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Development, HR, Industrial Psychology, Business (or related) and 6 years’ experience in a related field (or an equivalent combination such as master’s + 4 years, PhD + 1 year, or 10 years total).
  • •5 years of experience leading change management for complex programs or projects.
  • •Ability to work independently, self-manage priorities, and manage multiple concurrent projects.
  • •Detail-oriented, organized, adaptable with solid business acumen.
  • •Experience leading cross-functional work teams and influencing outcomes through indirect people leadership.
