Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee the BGS Quality Risk Management process to identify and mitigate quality risks across the network and develop executive reporting metrics.
  • •Lead quality improvement projects using Quality Management Systems and Safety Management Systems aligned to AS9100.
  • •Assess the impact of new/revised regulatory requirements and guidance on BGS products, services, and customers.
  • •Plan and lead internal quality management system audits and process surveillances for compliance with AS9100.
  • •Analyze quality incidences, audit findings, and customer issues to determine product risks and implement mitigation and corrective/preventive actions.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of experience conducting Quality Management System audits.
  • •5+ years working with Quality Management Systems and ISO9001/AS9100/AS9120 standards.
  • •Experience using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • •Ability and willingness to travel domestically up to 25% of the time.
  • •Meet export control requirements as a “U.S. Person” under 22 C.F.R. §120.62.
