Job Summary

Implement and enhance Oracle CX solutions for Fusion Sales, Service, and Subscription Management, with mandatory Redwood UI exposure. Analyze client systems and data to define requirements, then design and own customizations and integrations on Oracle CX products. Build unit test scripts and coordinate with clients on User Acceptance Testing for enhancements. Key Responsibilities

•Implement Fusion Sales, Service, and Subscription Management solutions with Redwood UI.
•Analyze current systems and data to identify new requirements and recommend system enhancements or modifications.
•Propose, design, and own customizations, extensions, and integrations on Oracle CX products.
•Develop unit test scripts and coordinate with clients to perform User Acceptance Testing for enhancements or custom solutions.
•Lead solution discussions and apply techno-functional knowledge across inter-dependent elements while configuring areas such as workflows, triggers, email alerts, data migration, and OTBI analytics.

Key Requirements

•7+ years of experience implementing Fusion Sales, Service, or Subscription Management.
•Mandatory Redwood UI exposure.
•Strong techno-functional skills to propose and design solutions, including ownership of customization/extension/integrations on Oracle CX products.
•Hands-on experience with functional configurations and customization including custom objects, groovy scripting, assignment manager, workflows, triggers, email alerts, Data Migration, and OTBI Analytics.
•Broad knowledge of multiple CX products and strong client handling skills, including the ability to lead solution discussions.
